My lovely Kawasaki GPZ600R
This bike was far too good for me. It was more of a race
bred chassis, and was quite difficult for me as I had spent so many years
screeching about on silly little bikes where there were onlt two throttle
positions, on and off.
This however, was a much more powerful bike, and you
had to keep an eye on your speed. It was too easy to pull past a bus at 70
mph without realising how fast it would accelerate.
This bike I bought from a fiend of a friend, and it was
a credit to him, as it was immaculate, he was very sad to see it go, and when
I went to pick it up, it was two and a half hours, and very dark before I
pulled off his drive.
A Little old Lady saw me taking a picture of my
bike and insisted on taking one for me with me in the frame,
despite the complicated camera with manual focus and
zoom, she took a good shot!
