21st Century Bikes

When student days ended an we all got proper jobs, we moved on to proper Motorcycles
And all that that entails

Ash's Immaculate Kawasaki GPz550. Lots of the boys had one of this model, It's a retro bike as it's air cooled and you can see the engine. This bike looked much better with a 4-2-1 Laser exhaust system, than the black standard one. Also you could get a race exhaust can which was a little noisier, and gave afew more b.h.p.'s
But none of us would know anything about that guv'ner!

My lovely Kawasaki GPZ600R
This bike was far too good for me. It was more of a race bred chassis, and was quite difficult for me as I had spent so many years screeching about on silly little bikes where there were onlt two throttle positions, on and off.
This however, was a much more powerful bike, and you had to keep an eye on your speed. It was too easy to pull past a bus at 70 mph without realising how fast it would accelerate.
This bike I bought from a fiend of a friend, and it was a credit to him, as it was immaculate, he was very sad to see it go, and when I went to pick it up, it was two and a half hours, and very dark before I pulled off his drive.

A Little  old Lady saw me taking a picture of my bike and insisted on taking one for me with me in the frame,
despite the complicated camera with manual focus and zoom, she took a good shot!
