The song and video was based upon the inventive powers of a man called Wilhelm Reich, born in Austria in 1897, he studied medicine before coming up with a bizzarre science called Sexology, which claims that skin charges up electrically causing a blue glow, which can be released with orgasms!
     He later spent a great deal of time developing instruments to measure the relative glows of different people. In 1930, he set up the Orgone Institute in New York, where he impressed many with his ability to measure the orgasmic potency of neurotics.
     Then in the late 1940's he manufactured and sold,

     The most interesting inventions, and the most mystical, were the Orgone Energy Motor, and the Cloudbuster.

     The Cloudbuster, used Deadly Orgone Radiation D.O.R. to make rain and disable UFO's ??

When he claimed that his equipment could cure cancer, the US government banned ORACS, smashed up all his boxes and burned his papers.

     After this setback, Wilhelm Reich went to Arizona with one of his Cloudbusters, where he crossed the state border, and in 1956 he was jailed for two years, but he died there in 1957.

     His Orgone Energy Accumulators ( ORACs ) were used in the fashon of alternative healing therapy, along with emotional therapy ( nowadays called psychiatric treatment ). But perculiar observable effects could, and can still be observed, using these devices.

1 The ORACs could be used to charge seeds up, and increase garden plant growth.

2 Speed the healing of burns and cuts

3 Cause the tanning of skin, as if exposed to sunlight.

The Cloudbuster

     This enigmatic device is a very simple and cheap apparatus to construct. It consists of only six rows of metal pipes which are strapped together and grounded by a metal cable to a source of water. The device should be mounted on a stand, so that it can be pointed in any direction and at any angle.
     It is supposed to work by raising and lowering " orgonotic potentials " in the atmosphere, thereby manipulating and controlling the formal parameters of meteorology.
     Practically, Dr. Wilhelm Reich is recorded as having demonstrated the affects of the apperatus as follows :-
1 If the Cloudbuster is aimed at the middle of a cloud, it busts a hole right through it in the shape and configuration of the barrels of the device.
2 When the device is pointed near the edge of a cloud in a clear area of sky, the cloud expands to fill up that area.

Just like Nikola Tesla, Wilhelm Reich's downfall and eventual demise was due to his unorthadox science. The American government continually destroyed his books and equipment, even though some of his works barely mention the " banned " stuff. They even destroyed some of his books and journals in 1962, and now his case has american constitutional significance because :-

An american court authorised the burning of scholarly books and the jailing of scientists for maintaining unorthodox viewpoints.

His dying wish was that his works were to be sealed for fifty years, in the hope that the world would by then be ready to accept his wonderous machines!
Let's hope that in seven years time, that there is a place for Dr. Reich's Contribution, and it is not seen as the apparently outrageous quackery of the cloudbuster.
